FAQ - Frequently asked questions

Wash and care

- It is recommended to wash the product before wearing it for the first time!

- Please wash at 30°C only.

- Close all zippers before washing.

- Do not dry excessively wet or hot! 

- Velcro fasteners, fences, wooden benches, sharp edges, or other objects with points or sharp edges (jewelry, chains, various backpack buckles or backpack straps, various race number bands, etc.) can damage the surface of the product and the print. Damage caused by the aforementioned external influences is excluded from the warranty.

- Adding a little laundry disinfectant to the wash can reduce bacteria even at 30°C. Please do not use fabric softener!

- Cycling clothing should be washed immediately after each training session.

- Do not leave wet laundry in the drum.

- After extreme rain rides (e.g., bike races in the rain), it is recommended to pre-clean the laundry by hand.

What is the procedure for complaints?

For this purpose, please send us back the goods to be complained about, we will check the complaint immediately and find the best way to solve the problem.


Can I return my jersey?

Although we manufacture your jersey to order, you may return or exchange the goods within 30 days. (This does not apply to items with customizations such as logo prints, name prints, or orders placed in the team shop at renerosa-teamwear.de.) To do so, please create a return for the order in your customer account.


Why does it take a few days for you to ship?

We actually produce your clothing to order. This means that the fabric has to be cut, printed, and the jersey has to be sewn together. This involves several steps and is therefore time-consuming, so it takes a certain amount of time before we can finally ship your order.


I fell, can you repair my jersey?

Send a picture to info@renerosa.de along with your name and the date of purchase, and we will see what we can do.


My item is too wide. Can you sew it tighter?

Send an email to info@renerosa.de with your name, the date of purchase, and what you would like to have changed, and we will see what we can do.
