Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Belgien, Dänemark, Finnland, Frankreich, Italien, Liechtenstein,Niederlande, Norwegen, Polen, Portugal, Spanien, Tschechische Republik, Ungarn, Österreich.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 7,95€ per order.
From an order value of 100,00€ onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:

Delivery periods
For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 10 working days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 40 working days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 10 working days, for deliveries abroad within 14 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

For Teamshop orders, we charge a flat handling and shipping fee of 12.50 euros per package. We ship only within Germany.
